Coriander Seeds 70g
One of the oldest spices known, coriander seeds were lauded as an aphrodisiac by Ancient Egyptians. Herby and citrusy, they are one half of a dynamic duo with cumin. Ground coriander is often used to add bulk to what would otherwise be expensive spice blends like garam masala. Not something we do, of course!
How to use
Whole coriander seeds are better lightly toasted stir through to release their nutty aroma into sautéed vegetable. Grind with cumin to add Earthy depth to stews and curries.
