How to use
Sizzle them in hot oil quickly to release their flavour into burgers and barbeques. Beware of leaving them sizzling for too long, however, as they burn quickly. A natural partner to coriander, you can turn cumin seeds more intense and earthy by dry roasting and grinding it to add a finishing touch to salads and soups.
